Group Training Sessions
Our training program is designed to provide a comprehensive and targeted approach to developing an athlete's skills. With group sessions available seven days a week, each session focuses on enhancing specific skills such as shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, and conditioning. Weekday sessions run for 1.5 hours, while weekend sessions are 2 hours.
To ensure a well-rounded experience, we continually diversify our training drills, catering to various skill levels. Despite the group setting, we prioritize individualized attention by rotating through participants during drills and offering personalized feedback. Our training regimen includes a progressive structure, gradually increasing in intensity and complexity, fostering continuous improvement.
